Offer is subject to availability at participating Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts for stays booked between October 17, 2011 and March 27, 2012 and completed between November 1, 2011 and March 31, 2012. Advance reservations are required. Must book at least three (3) days in advance of arrival. Rates are valid for single/double occupancy and exclusive of all taxes, incidental charges, gratuities and resort fees where applicable. Blackout dates, early departure fees, and length of stay, deposit and cancellation restrictions may apply and vary by hotel. Hotel credits are earned per room, per stay. For each completed night, a minimum of a US$50 hotel credit will be awarded. Credit will be applied to guest folio at time of checkout. For properties outside of the U.S., the prevailing exchange rate for local currency at time of checkout (as determined by the property) will be applied to the folio in the value of credit earned. Credit will be applied towards certain hotel charges excluding room rate, corresponding taxes and select activities as determined by the property. Limit one hotel credit per room per stay. Breakfast component valid for two adults in designated hotel restaurants only and excludes in-room dining. Extra charges may apply for breakfast served for any additional paid adults or children staying in the same room. Breakfast component excludes alcoholic beverages and gratuity. Hotel and breakfast credits are not transferable, are void after checkout and cannot be applied towards future stays. Additional restrictions may apply.
