Non-Smoking Hotel

Waldorf Astoria Orlando is a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed in guest rooms or inside the hotel. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Registration Age
Please note our minimum age to book reservations and check-in is 21 years old.

Daily Resort Charge

A daily resort charge of $50 (plus tax) will be charged to your room rate per room, per night and includes:

• Complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the resort and public areas for up to 2 devices (excluding meeting space)
• Two (2) bottles of water daily
• Shuttle service to Walt Disney World® theme parks and Disney Springs®
• 15% off retail at Waldorf Astoria Spa
• Access to Waldorf Astoria Golf Club practice facilities
• Complimentary golf club rentals after 2pm at the Waldorf Astoria Golf Club
• Access to the Waldorf fitness center
• 4 tubes for at Signia’s lazy river (on a first-come, first-served basis)
• Children 12 and under receive complimentary dinner at La Luce or Harvest Bistro (subject to operating hours). Meals must be selected from the kids’ menu, with one free kids’ meal per adult entrée ordered. Offer valid for on-property guests only.

Valet Parking
We offer 24-hour valet parking. The valet parking fee is $57 per day plus applicable taxes. Overnight guests have in/out privileges. Self-parking is available for $40 per day plus applicable taxes.

Internet Fees
Standard In-Room and Lobby Wi-Fi is included in your resort fee. Access to Wi-Fi does not apply to meeting spaces.

Pet Policy
We’re a pet-friendly hotel. For the moment being, we only accept a maximum of 2 canine pets per guest room. Pets must be 40 lbs. in total weight combined or less. Pet Fees apply. Please read our Pet Policy for more information. Our hotel is ADA compliant and service animals are welcome.

Drone Usage
For the safety and privacy of our guests, use of drones on property for any reason is strictly prohibited.

Weapons Policy

Weapons are strictly prohibited on resort property.

Face Mask Requirement
We ask that you follow all local guidelines and laws with respect to wearing a mask in indoor public areas.
