With an abundance of care for your well-being, and in compliance with local government guidelines, during your stay some resort amenities and services may operate with limited hours, while some will remain closed temporarily.  Details of what you can expect during your next stay are outlined below.

 

 

HILTON CLEANSTAY
Your health and safety continue to be our top priority.  Hilton has developed a global program introducing a new standard of hotel cleanliness and disinfection:  Hilton CleanStay™ with Lysol protection.  Hilton CleanStay builds upon Hilton’s already high standards of housekeeping and hygiene, where hospital-grade cleaning products and upgraded protocols are currently in use, to ensure our guests enjoy an even cleaner and safer stay from check-in to check-out.  For details on how Hilton CleanStay™ will be implemented throughout the resort, visit www.hiltoncleanstay.com

 

FACE MASK REQUIREMENT
In accordance with Orange County Executive Order, face masks are required to be worn by all individuals when in public spaces.

 

POOL & PRIVATE CABANAS
The Waldorf Astoria Pool will be open daily from 7a-9p.  The Hilton lazy river pool will be open daily from 7a-9p.  In accordance with social distancing guidelines, capacity will be limited, and lounge chairs will be spaced apart.   Please see a pool attendant if you need assistance in securing pool chairs.

 

Private cabanas are available for rent from 10am-7pm daily.  To reserve your private oasis please see the Concierge upon arrival or email

FITNESS CENTER
The Fitness Center is open daily from 7a-6p.  Social distancing guidelines will be in effect, and capacity will be limited.

WALDORF ASTORIA SPA
The Waldorf Astoria Spa will be open from 10a-6p, Thursday-Monday. To schedule an appointment please visit the spa front desk or call 407-597-5478. At this time, the locker rooms, relaxation rooms, and hydrotherapy facilities including showers, steam room, and whirlpool are closed.

 

THEME PARK TICKET SERVICES
Our team is available to assist with your needs daily from 9a-5p. For quick access to booking theme park tickets online click here, complete your purchase, and your entry tickets will be emailed to you. For in-person services, our ticket services desk is located at the adjacent Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, available Wednesday through Sunday.  If you require assistance at any other time, our front desk team is available to be of service.

 

THEME PARK TRANSPORTATION
Please see the front desk to receive a copy of our Disney Parks transportation schedule.   Shuttle transportation to all four Disney Theme Parks will run hourly on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. For transportation options Monday – Thursday, please see the front desk.

 

PARKING
Valet parking is available at prevailing rates.

 

BELL SERVICES
At this time, in an abundance of care for the well-being of our guests and team members, we will not be able to deliver luggage to your guest room. Luggage carts are available on the front drive area for guest use. Should you need assistance storing your luggage, please visit the front desk for assistance.

 

LAUNDRY/DRY CLEANING
Valet services are available for your convenience.

  • For clothing pick-up, please place your clothing items into the white laundry bags found in your guest room closet, fill out the contents page, and dial “0” for a team member to retrieve your items. You may also drop-off any laundry to the front desk.
    • Laundry received prior to 8am, will be ready the same-day after 5pm.
    • Laundry received after 8am, will be ready the following business date at 5pm.
  • Your clothing items will be returned to your guest room by the housekeeping team and left in your bedroom closet. In the event of a privacy sign on your guestroom door, a message will be left on the door handle of your guest room. Please dial “0” for re-delivery.

 

HOUSEKEEPING
For your comfort, we want your stay to be as undisturbed as possible.  Housekeeping services will only be provided upon request.  In an abundance of care for your well-being and that of our team members, housekeeping services may only be provided when guests are not occupying the room.  To request housekeeping services, please dial 0 and ask to be connected to housekeeping.

 

GUEST ROOM AMENITIES
